OCC is a Pentecostal Church in Fellowship with ‘Assemblies of God’. The Church was started in March 1990 from Royston Bethel Church and was Pastored by Grayson Jones until January 2002 during this time the present building was purchased and renovated [1996] Pastor Jeff Baxter took over from Grayson Jones in 2002 and retired in 2023. Paul Wood took over from Jeff in Sept 2023 and is currently the Senior Pastor of the church.

In July 2002 OCC joined together with New Life Church New Lodge to form one Church.
